Shipping Policy

Amaze only delivers to addresses within New Zealand.

You must make sure that the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if you ask us to deliver to a work address) because we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, or because you have not chosen a safe delivery address. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you, or if you are to arrange delivery when the goods are available for collection by you.

We use Courier Post courier services - please note no signature is required for delivery

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind or if you made a mistake when ordering from the website.

For products purchased in our retail stores, we are happy to exchange products within 7 days of purchase, providing the goods are in resaleable condition and you have proof of purchase.
For products purchased from our website we are happy to exchange your goods within 28 days with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in re-saleable condition.

To return a card, please first obtain prior written consent to do this from our Customer Service team and then send it within 28 days to the following address quoting your order reference number and your reason for returning the card. The customer is responsible for the delivery costs and safe return of their order to Amaze. We recommend you obtain and retain the proof of postage.
